- Take Garden State Parkway North to I-78 West
- Bear right onto Route 24 West via Exit 48 toward I-287
- Take Exit 7C to JFK Parkway North
- Turn left onto South Orange Ave
- Turn right onto Eisenhower Parkway (Livingston Mall on Northeast corner)
- Turn left at the second traffic light onto Walnut Street
- Turn left at the next traffic light onto Route 10 (West)
- Turn right about a half mile into Regent Park
FROM THE EAST OR NEWARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
- Take NJ Turnpike North to I-78 West
- Follow From the South Directions above
FROM THE WEST
- Take I-80 East to I-280 East
- Follow I-280 East to exit 4A (Eisenhower Parkway - South)
- Proceed South on Eisenhower Parkway for 2.3 miles to Route 10 (at the Livingston traffic circle)
- Turn right onto Route 10 (West) for 1 mile and make a right into Regent Park

- Take Garden State Parkway South to Exit 145 (I-280)
- Take I-280 West approximately 13 miles to Exit 4A (Eisenhower Parkway - South)

- Take the Route 10 E exit- Exit 39 - toward Whippany
- Merge onto Route 10 - 5 miles
- Turn Slight Right at Walnut Street jug handle
- Turn Left onto Walnut Street

- Make Right into Regent Park - .1 miles
